What a pain. First off, using tire irons is bull shit. You need three arms to do it well. Second, if you attempt this yourself, make sure to stretch first, because damn.

I used the Zip-tie method on my GS500E tires. It sucked but was doable.

Get a tire shop to do it, easiest method. Gasoline method, is second. It’s cheaper, so long as it’s done right, but it’s more dangerous, and can be a lot more expensive if done wrong.
